Salsa Verde
Ingredients:
6 tomatillos husked and washed. About 2 cups.
1/4 White Onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 Serranos peppers
1/4 cups of liquid (preferably carnitas cooking liquid, or chicken broth)
1/4 cup Cilantro leaves chopped
Spices:
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Badia Complete Seasoning
