Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

  • 6 tomatillos husked and washed. About 2 cups.

  • 1/4 White Onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 Serranos peppers

  • 1/4 cups of liquid (preferably carnitas cooking liquid, or chicken broth)

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro leaves chopped

Spices:

  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Badia Complete Seasoning
